By downloading, installing, or using the Arrows application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes on devices you own or control. This license does not include the right to:
The App does not require you to create an account. Your game progress is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers.
You agree not to use the App in any way that:
All content, design, graphics, software, and other material within the App are the property of Orvix or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you ownership of any such content.
The App uses third-party services including Google Firebase for analytics and crash reporting. Use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the practices of any third-party services.
We may update, modify, or discontinue the App at any time without notice. We do not guarantee that the App will always be available or free of errors. Updates may be required to continue using the App and may be delivered automatically through the Google Play Store.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Orvix shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the App, including but not limited to loss of data or game progress.
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Any changes will be posted here with an updated date. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
