Overview

Arrows is a puzzle game. We are committed to being transparent about how the app behaves with respect to your data. This policy explains what is collected, why, and how it is used.

Information We Collect

We do not ask you to create an account or provide any personal information.

The following data is collected automatically through third-party SDKs:

• Device model and OS version
• App version
• Anonymous installation ID (Firebase Installation ID)
• In-game events such as level start, level win, hint used, and session duration

None of this data is linked to your name, email address, or any other personally identifiable information.

Game Data

Your game progress — including level number and remaining lives — is stored locally on your device using an on-device database. This data never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

Notifications

If you grant notification permission, the app may send you optional daily reminder notifications. These are scheduled locally on your device and do not involve any server or third-party service. No personal data is transmitted when a notification is shown, tapped, or dismissed.

You can disable notifications at any time in your device settings.

Third-Party Services

This app uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Analytics (Google) — used to understand how players interact with the game (levels played, session length, feature usage). Data is processed by Google under their Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Crashlytics (Google) — used to detect and diagnose app crashes. Crash reports do not contain personally identifiable information.
• Firebase Installations (Google) — used to generate an anonymous per-device identifier so analytics events can be grouped by device without identifying you personally.

Children's Privacy

This app does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. The app contains no user accounts, in-app chat, or any mechanism for submitting personal data.

Data Retention

Anonymous analytics events are retained by Google Firebase according to their standard data retention settings (up to 14 months by default). Local game data remains on your device until you uninstall the app.

Your Rights

Because we do not collect personally identifiable information, there is no personal data for us to retrieve, correct, or delete on your behalf. You can reset your Firebase Installation ID at any time by clearing the app's data in your device settings.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected here with an updated date. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
